The author of numerous articles on power and on group behavior, she teaches in many of Stanford’s executive education programs. She also co-directs the Stanford Executive Program for Women Leaders, is a member of LeanIn.org’s board of directors and is developing a curriculum for educating women and girls in developing economies.
